2. Contact forms and chat assistant
When you use one of our forms, we process the data you provide (name, company, email, phone, your selection and message) to handle your enquiry and contact you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
Data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS to a script on our own web server (IONOS), which forwards your enquiry by email to kontakt@still-alive.com. It is not passed on to third-party form services. We delete the data once it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry.
Our chat assistant answers questions automatically. To do so, your entries are transmitted encrypted to Anthropic PBC (USA), whose AI model Claude generates the answer. We do not store chat content. Anthropic does not use the entries for training and stores them only briefly to prevent abuse. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Please do not enter bank details or other sensitive data in the chat.
3. Cancellation service
The cancellation service has its own privacy policy. It describes the account connection, storage periods and the service providers involved.
4. Hosting and server logs
When the site is accessed, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time, requested file) to ensure operation and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). If you arrive via one of our campaign links, such as the QR code in an advertisement, we count this visit anonymously, without cookies and without storing your IP address.
5. Videos
Videos are only loaded after you click on them. No data is transmitted to third parties beforehand.
6. No tracking cookies
This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please contact kontakt@still-alive.com.
