General terms and conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the services brokered via Still Alive, a service of fino still alive UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 25, 34117 Kassel, to funeral homes (hereinafter "partner" or "you").

2. Role of Still Alive (brokerage)

Still Alive bundles digital services for funeral homes and their families and acts as a broker. The individual services are provided by the respective providers under their own terms and privacy policies, linked with each product (including the fino cancellation service, Monumeo, GetMyInvoices). Booking a service creates a contract with the respective provider.

3. Conclusion of contract

Enquiries via the forms on this site are non-binding. We will get back to you personally. A binding contract is only concluded after separate confirmation or acceptance of the respective offer.

4. Prices

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. The cancellation service costs the family a one-off €100 including VAT. There are no costs for partners.

5. Commission (partners)

For brokered cancellation service cases, the partner receives a fixed commission of €25 per completed case. Details of settlement are agreed individually.

6. Liability

As a broker, Still Alive is not liable for the services provided by the respective providers. We are liable for our own breaches of duty in accordance with statutory provisions; liability for slightly negligent breaches of non-essential contractual obligations is excluded.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
