We want everyone to be able to use our website and the cancellation service.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the standard referred to by the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).
Measures in place
Clear page structure with header, main content and footer and a logical heading hierarchy. Keyboard operation with visible focus. Labelled form fields. Text contrast of at least 4.5:1. Motion is reduced if your device is set to do so.
Known limitations
We continuously check our pages for barriers. Some content may not yet be fully accessible; we are working on it. The cancellation process itself opens in a separate application whose accessibility is reviewed separately. This statement was prepared in October 2026.
